Tips:
- Communication!!! Admins, teachers, students, parents, community.
- Make social network resources work FOR you, don't spend your time trying to block them.
- Don't just punish poor behaviors, EDUCATE the offenders. Make them educate others.
- Promote positives when you can! The negatives travel on their own, you have to push the positives.
- Include students in management, helpdesk, implementation, planning whenever possible.
- Educate parents and community along with the students.
- Get as many teachers on board as you can, but don't let the "vocal minority" run the show.
- Identify those with passion and USE them! Put them in leadership positions.
- Remember that most people WANT to be successful. Help them find the ways!
- Ownership is key to administrator, teacher, student, and parent adoption. Each must feel invested.
- Don't plan on EVER having it all worked out. Plan on be able to continuously adjust. Think, "agility".

STEP 1: Establish a common vision of classroom setting, learning and teaching. You must have a reason for implementing the technology beyond the tech itself.
